SHIPPING & RETURNS

All packages are shipped via Canada Post.

 For Canadian customers there are two options:

  1. Regular Parcel (3-5 Business days; No tracking)
  2. Xpresspost (2 Business days; Tracking included)

 For US customers purchasing t-shirts there are two options:

  1. Air Mail (5-10 Business days; No tracking)
  2. Expedited Parcel (4-5 Business days; Tracking included)

For International customers purchasing t-shirts there are three options:

  1. Small Packet Surface (4-6 Weeks, or 6-12 weeks depending on your location; No tracking)
  2. Small Packet Air (6-10 Business day; No tracking)
  3. Expedited Parcel International (5 days; Tracking included)

All smaller items are shipped by Lettermail and take up to 5-8 business days (Canada, USA) & 10 business days (International).

**NOTE** For customers ordering from BrazilAustralia, French Polynesia or any island country, option 2 or option 3 is highly recommended as shipments tend to take longer than average to arrive. If you are choosing option 1, additional insurance is highly recommended.

Handling time from the time of purchase normally takes 1-3 business days. All the above arrival dates are provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Your patience is much appreciated while your package takes it's time to reach you.

Any unwanted products can be returned or exchanged depending on the available stock. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to cover return shipment costs. Please be sure check your sizing preferences before ordering to avoid any hassle.

Any unwanted products must be returned to Ocean In Space within 14 days of receiving them.
