I only received one of my items. Will my other items be coming separately?

We currently have two shipping locations; one is our fulfillment center warehouse at White Squirrel fulfillment which is located in the USA in Everett, WA. They house most of our clothing items and accessories.
The second shipping location is my home in Canada, where we house mostly accessories and prints.
Due to this, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Please visit our Terms of Service for more information.


I got a shipping notification but my tracking number hasn't updated.

Orders coming from our Canadian warehouse are shipped via the third-party shipping service ChitChats. This means that we put all our orders in a box, ship them to ChitChats who then distributes them. We do this so we can get you better pricing and automatic tracking!
Once we print the label to your order, it automatically sends an email notification saying the order has shipped - however, tracking number only officially updated once they are received by ChitChats who distributes them. If your tracking number hasn't updated in about a week this is most-likely why, as it is on the way to ChitChats.


What is your return policy?

Any unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to cover return shipment costs. Please be sure check your sizing preferences before ordering to avoid any hassle.
Any returned products must be returned in resalable condition.

Why is shipping so high?

Our shipping costs cover the cost of shipment and also the management, labor, and cost of warehouse housing that stocks/packs your order.
Since we have multiple warehouses, the shipping cost may be covering the cost from multiple warehouses depending on what you have ordered.


Can I get a custom size t-shirt that is not available on the site? (XS, XL+)

Yes! However there is up to 4 weeks of production time before actual shipment. Please contact us via our contact form for more information!


Where/how are the shirts made?

All shirts are printed overseas using dye-sublimation printing method. This particular method heat-prints on the image and promises a long lasting and rich colour! The shirts are currently printed on a fabric blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex.


What are the washing instructions for my shirt?

To keep your shirt in optimal condition, wash inside-out in cold water. Air dry to minimize pilling.
