Where do you ship from?
We currently ship all of our items from White Squirrel fulfillment which is located in the USA in Everett, WA.
Very few items ship from our warehouse in Canada, in which case will be noted in the product description.
Why does my order status say "Partially delivered"?
Your order most-likely has a "partially delivered" status if you also got shipping protection on your order. The way our shipping protection works is that our specific Shopify app creates your shipping protection as an extra "item" in your order. So once you order shipping protection, that "item" sets to automatically-fulfilled as soon as you place your order.
In short it's just a technical mistake, but to confirm - the rest of your actual order (the items you actually bought) have not been delivered unless your order status says simply "delivered".
What is your return policy?
Any unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to cover return shipment costs. Please be sure check your sizing preferences before ordering to avoid any hassle.
Any returned products must be returned in resalable condition.

Why is shipping so high?
Our shipping costs cover the cost of shipment and also the management, labor, and cost of warehouse housing that stocks/packs your order. Unfortunately this is something our of our control, we hope you understand!
Where/how are the shirts made?
All shirts are printed overseas using dye-sublimation printing method. This particular method heat-prints on the image and promises a long lasting and rich colour! The shirts are currently printed on a fabric blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex.
What are the washing instructions for my shirt?
To keep your shirt in optimal condition, wash inside-out in cold water. Air dry to minimize pilling.
