SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT STATUS
Because we are a small business, we sometimes have delays in our shipments due to increased orders, moving, staff shortages, etc. Please check our service announcement status to see if we have any current delays.
Payment options are currently available through PayPal, GPay, ShopPay, or credit card.
SHIPPING & SHIPMENT INFORMATION
All of the items in our shop are currently housed between two warehouse locations -
1.) my home in Canada and
2.) our warehouse location at White Squirrel fulfillment in Everett WA, USA.
Therefore, depending on the items you order, your order may be coming from either Canada or USA. Due to this, your order may arrive in two separate packages if you are ordering multiple items.
All of our print, sticker, & accessory items ship from Canada, and most clothing items ship from USA.
As of 2022, we are implementing a new system so all orders are automatically tracked (besides letter mail*) and multiple notification emails will be sent to you if you have multiple items shipping separately.
*Prints and stickers are always automatically sent via Letter mail and do not come with tracking.
The rough estimate for arrival times are typically as follow:
Shipping to Canada - 4-15 business days
Shipping to USA - 5-20 business days
Shipping to International - 10-22 business days
All flat paper print/sticker items are shipped by Lettermail and take up to 5-8 business days (Canada, USA) & 10 business days (International).
Since we are a small business, please be aware handling time from the time of purchase can take up to 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders coming from our Canadian warehouse are shipped by bulk through the third-party shipping service ChitChats. This means most of our parcels stay in a box before reaching ChitChats, who then distributes the orders. If the tracking number is marked as "shipped" but has not updated for about a week, this is why!

All the above arrival dates are only for general reference are not guaranteed. High-volume times such as Christmas, Black Friday, product launches, or other sales can take up to double the amount of time. Your patience is much appreciated while your package takes it's time to reach you.

INSURANCE FOR LOST & DAMAGED PARCELS
Ocean In Space currently optimizes Navidium Shipping Protection through Shopify as our main insurance policy provider. All orders are given the option to purchase extra insurance on their package for as low as $2.00 USD. Prices are subject to increase depending on how much is purchased and where it is being shipped to.
We currently highly recommend purchasing extra insurance for parcels heading to Mexico, Brazil, and Finland.
Insurance fees are not refunded after purchase.
We are no longer providing refunds or replacements for lost or damaged shipments that do not have coverage, so if you are worried about your package getting lost or damaged, please purchase extra insurance.
In the event that your parcel is late or you are worried it may have gotten lost, please contact us via our contact form.
Any unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to cover return shipment costs. Please be sure check your sizing preferences before ordering to avoid any hassle.
Any returned products must be returned in resalable condition.
In the event of wanting to return an item, please use our contact us to arrange a return.
VAT CHARGES FOR EU CUSTOMERS
Please be aware that we do not collect VAT on the time of sale, therefore customers within the EU may have to pay additional fees to receive their packages from customs officials (similar to duty and import fees).
MADE TO ORDER
“Made to order” tees are printed and shipped directly from an outsourced supplier. They do not ship from Ocean In Space.
Shirts take 3-7 weeks to manufacture and ship, so please allow up to at least 7 weeks for the shirt to reach you.
Print colour may differ from original (prints are usually a bit lighter overall, but colours/hues are the same).
Shirt material is similar to our signature blend, but a tad less stretchy.
Sizing runs smaller than my tees stocked in-house, so please check the sizing on the listing first before ordering.
Sizes above “L” are subject to extra charge as per the supplier’s terms.
Orders are placed through a third-party manufacturer and shipped to the customer directly. Ocean In Space is not responsible for any missing packages, however, we can give you your order number from the manufacturer so you can contact them directly regarding your order.
